Unless a customer requests otherwise, we send all product packages by U.S. Postal Service. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the order.
All non-custom merchandise orders are fulfilled within 5 days of receipt of your order. Custom orders are fulfilled within 2 to 12 weeks of receipt of your order.
We deliver to most countries in the world. The tariffs and duties on international shipping are the responsibility of the recipient.
Non-customized apparel and accessories may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Customized apparel (specifically CRYSTALLIZEDTM
hand-painted dog designs on items) are not returnable or exchangeable, unless the goods have been incorrectly embellished, materially flawed, or damaged in shipment. However,
it is our goal to provide you--our customers--with the highest quality products and resolve any issues to your satisfaction. Therefore if you are unhappy with your purchase,
please contact us and we will reach a resolution.

incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom-embellished.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used or is not in original, new condition. Shipping charges, insurance and handling fees are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges. All items returned must be shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or any reputable carrier with tracking
number and insurance. Customers must pre-pay all shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment.
